TDB-3800-4200X-16-120
n77 90° dual-polarised sector antenna, 2-port
±45° cross-polarised 90° sector panel for 3.8–4.2 GHz, 14 to 16 dBi measured, 2 × N-female, for 2×2 MIMO radios.
About this antenna
The same panel as our 120° sector, but cross-polarised at ±45° with a port for each polarisation, so a single radome serves both chains of a 2×2 MIMO radio. Most 5G small cells are 2T2R or better, and feeding both chains from one antenna halves the hardware on the pole.
The beam is narrower, around 86°, which buys reach. The manufacturer's measurements show 14.0 to 16.0 dBi across the band, peaking at 4.0 GHz, with better than 24 dB front-to-back ratio. Four of these on one pole cover a full circle; one or two on a building face usually cover what matters.
Where it fits
- Rooftop stub poles and wall brackets on commercial buildings.
- 2T2R small cells, feeding both MIMO chains from one radome.
- Sites that need reach in one direction more than coverage all round.

Manufacturer range measurements, August 2022, port 1 (+45°) at 4.0 GHz. Boresight is at the top of each plot and angles are measured from it. Rings are at 0, −10, −20 and −30 dB relative to the peak; the dashed ring marks −3 dB, where beamwidth is measured. The faint traces are the other measured frequencies. Beamwidths and front-to-back ratio are worked out from the measurement data.
