In short: Our new website makes it easier than ever to check coverage, order a router, manage your account, and understand what private 5G can do for your community or business. Here's what's new.

Key Takeaways

  1. Order online in minutes — choose your location, pick a router, and subscribe without speaking to a sales team
  2. Live coverage map — see where we're operating and where we're heading next
  3. Customer portal — manage your subscription, invoices, and payment methods yourself
  4. Sector guides — detailed pages for agriculture, transport, and health & social care

In a nutshell

Why We Rebuilt

Our old website did one job: explain what Aerix is. But as we've grown — more live networks, more customers, more sectors — we needed a site that actually lets people get connected, not just read about it.

The new site is built around doing, not just browsing.

What's New

Online Ordering

Previously, getting connected meant emailing us, waiting for a quote, and going back and forth. Now you can do it yourself:

  1. Check your location on the coverage page
  2. Choose an indoor or outdoor router
  3. Subscribe and pay online — Stripe handles the payment securely
  4. We ship your router and get you connected

No sales calls. No waiting for quotes. No six-figure contracts.

Live Coverage Map

Our coverage page now shows every location where we have live 5G networks, along with planned deployments. If your area isn't listed, you can get in touch directly and we'll look into it.

Customer Portal

Existing customers now have a self-service portal where you can:

  • View and download invoices
  • Update payment methods
  • See your subscription status and billing dates
  • Manage your mobile SIMs and eSIMs

No more chasing us for a copy of last month's invoice.

Sector Guides

We've added detailed pages for the industries where private 5G makes the biggest difference:

  • Agriculture — precision farming, livestock monitoring, autonomous machinery, and theft prevention
  • Transport & Logistics — port operations, fleet tracking, V2X communications, and digital twins
  • Health & Social Care — virtual wards, telecare, smart care homes, and the 2G/3G switch-off challenge

Each guide covers real use cases, UK deployment examples, and why private 5G is relevant to that sector — not just generic marketing.

Detailed Service Pages

Whether you're a rural community, a city centre, or a small business, there's now a dedicated page explaining how we work with your type of customer, what's included, and how to get started.

Blog

You're reading it. We'll be publishing practical guides, case studies, and updates here regularly. No fluff — just useful information about private 5G and how it's being used across the UK.

What Hasn't Changed

Our model is exactly the same: we design, build, and operate your private 5G network. You don't need telecoms expertise. Pricing is still transparent — from £40/month with no hidden costs and no minimum contract.

We've just made it much easier to get started.

Get Connected

If you've been thinking about private 5G for your community or business, there's never been a simpler way to explore it:
